This is a battery rebuild service that requires YOU to send YOUR battery to us for repair. We DO NOT offer an exchange program and we ARE NOT sending you a new or replacement battery.

For the cost of this service we will replace all of the cells in the BA2800 battery that you send to us. 

Notes:

  • Rebuild capacity is 5.0Ah
  • Maximum output: 2800W 
  • Plastic cases, connectors, and circuit boards are not repaired or replaced
  • Each battery is charged and load tested prior to being returned to you
  • We use high quality cells from Molicel, Panasonic, LG Chem, BAK, and Samsung in our rebuilds.
  • The cells that we install have a limited one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers material defects.

 

Additional Information

Li-Ion batteries may be regulated for shipment based upon their size. Below are links to the regulations from the three main shipping carriers for shipping lithium batteries. 

USPS will transport batteries that are up to 100Wh per section 349.222 that can be found here.


UPS will transport batteries that are up to, but not exceeding, 300Wh per their information that can be found here. UPS Hazmat Phone: 1-800-554-9964


FedEx will transport batteries that are up to, but not exceeding, 300Wh per their information that can be found here. FedEx Hazmat Phone: 1-800-463-3339

If your battery is in excess of 300Wh, you will need to see if your local UPS or FedEx location has a staff member that is properly trained to package and ship your battery(s).
